Know thyself
Six research-based assessments and a values toolkit, in one place. Discover your personality, strengths, attachment style, emotional intelligence, and what you truly value, then turn that insight into direction.
The beginning of all wisdom
You can't change what you can't see. Self-understanding is the foundation of every kind of growth: better relationships, wiser decisions, steadier emotions. Inwork gathers the most respected models in psychology into a single, guided journey, so getting to know yourself feels less like a quiz and more like a conversation.
Six lenses on who you are
Each assessment is built on a recognized psychometric model, and each comes in a quick version and a deeper one, so you can go as far as you like.
Big Five Personality
OCEAN / IPIP-NEO
The most scientifically validated model of personality. It measures five core traits (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism) broken down into 10 aspects and 30 facets. Choose a quick 60-question snapshot or a deep 300-question profile for a remarkably detailed picture of who you are.

Attachment Style
Secure · Anxious · Avoidant
Understand how you connect in close relationships. Map your levels of attachment anxiety and avoidance, and learn whether your style leans Secure, Anxious-Preoccupied, Dismissive-Avoidant, or Fearful-Avoidant. This is the first step to relating with more security.

Common questions
Which personality tests does Inwork include?
Inwork includes six research-based self-assessments: a Big Five (OCEAN) personality test, a character strengths assessment, an attachment style test, an emotional intelligence assessment, a coping styles assessment, and a PERMA well-being assessment, plus a values and life-direction toolkit.
Is the Big Five personality test free?
Yes. You can take a quick Big Five snapshot for free. Inwork uses an item bank based on the public-domain IPIP-NEO, with longer versions available for a more detailed, facet-level profile.
Are these tests scientifically valid?
Each assessment is built on a recognized psychometric model: the Big Five, VIA-style character strengths, ECR attachment, the Wong-Law emotional intelligence scale, Brief COPE, and the PERMA-Profiler. They are tools for self-reflection and personal growth, not clinical diagnosis.
