Our Mission
A world where people tend to their inner world
An ordered inner world creates an ordered outer world
The Vision
An ordered inner world creates an ordered outer world
Most of the conflict in the world doesn’t start out there. It starts in here — in minds carrying unexamined pain, old wounds, and reactions that run on autopilot.
Our conviction is that when each of us takes responsibility for our own inner world — tends to its trauma, faces its shortcomings, trains its capacity for presence and empathy — the effects ripple outward. Fewer ruptures at the family dinner table. Less friction at work. Conflicts that get navigated instead of escalated.
And collectively, one mind at a time, a world with less war and less suffering. Inwork exists to make that inner responsibility something anyone can train — a little, every day.

Aggression & de-escalation
David is soon to qualify as a specialist in psychiatry. Alongside his medical training he has completed the first level of cognitive behavioural therapy training and teaches therapeutic responses to aggression — a course in preventing violence and staying safe.
Alongside clinical work he has sat long silent meditation retreats and explored several forms of therapy. He sees the inner journey as inseparable from the work of helping others, and thinks it gets far too little room in traditional training. Outside work he teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu, dances, and builds companies — aiming for a life where actions and values line up.

Who builds Inwork
Inwork is built by a small team in Gothenburg, Sweden, that believes inner development should be as natural as physical exercise. We draw on timeless philosophy and modern psychology to make the inner skills that matter most — empathy, patience, presence, resilience — something anyone can train, a little every day.
We build in collaboration with PsychBase, which provides modern education for clinicians working in mental health. Their grounding in current psychological science helps keep our practices evidence-informed — while Inwork remains a personal development tool, not therapy or medical care.
Inwork is operated by Eivolv AB, a company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Reach us at benjamin@inworkcenter.com.
Building a better world, together.
Our mission is to reduce suffering and support well-being for humans and animals. We pledge to donate at least 10% of our profits to highly effective charities guided by Giving What We Can, GiveWell and Longview Philanthropy.
