You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts created by anyone under 18 will be terminated.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Inwork platform operated by Eivolv AB. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Permitted Uses
Inwork is designed for:
- Personal wellness journaling and self-reflection
- Habit tracking for personal development goals
- Guided meditation and mindfulness practice
- Conversational AI coaching for general wellness guidance
- Participating in the Social community
- Accessing educational content and courses
2. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Inwork to:
General Prohibitions
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written authorization from Eivolv AB
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Use the Inwork name, logo or other marks without our written permission, or register a username, group, event or profile that imitates them
- Impersonate Inwork, Eivolv AB, or anyone on our team, or claim an endorsement, partnership or certification you do not have
AI Feature Restrictions
- Use AI coaching as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care
- Attempt to make the AI Coach provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical advice
- Use AI features to generate content for use outside of Inwork
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate AI system prompts or training data
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with AI features
- Deliberately attempt to make the AI produce harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
Technical Prohibitions
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security measures
- Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
Content Prohibitions
- Post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share
- Post content prohibited by our Community Guidelines
3. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
- Removal of content that violates this policy
- Reporting to law enforcement if required by law
Eivolv AB reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@inworkcenter.com.
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Eivolv AB reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
